Internal Quality Assurance and coaching for experienced team members

Working in the education sector has given me in depth experience and training in internal quality assurance processes, something I am passionate about supporting the educational visits sector with. I use my training in coaching skills, mentoring and expert deliver skills to support experienced teams in developing their professional practise, as well as supporting organisations to meet high standards.

I have worked with a number of organisations with their IQA processes, supporting them to uphold their standards to deliver regulated qualifications, as well as helping organisations put in place rigorous processes and feedback to enable high quality professional development.
